William came from Towcester, Northampton and was tried at the Northampton assizes in Lent 1843. William's father was John and his mother Ann Jones, William could read, was protestant, single. William allegedly had a child with Charlotte Ashby in Northampton. 9/4/1849: Colac Court of Petty Sessions: A case of William Anthistle against Andrew Murray. The case to be sent to Geelong for decision. No other records found.
