Convicted at Tipperary on March, 26th, 1823. 1828 Census: (Pitt St) TOL Syd., issued 18/8/1828. 15/7/1829: TOL Replaced. 12/8/1830 COF 7/8/1834 COF Renewed. James was named as one of the settlers in Westernport Bay.
