At Huntingdon assizes last week, Jemima Bolton (the only prisoner for trial) was found guilty of stealing several articles of wearing apparel, the property of the Rev. R. Pointer, of Southoe, her master, and sentenced to seven years' transportation. Stamford Mercury, 4 Aug 1809. At Huntingdon assizes, Jemima Bolton was found guilty of robbing her master, with whom she lived as housekeeper, and was sentenced to transported for seven years. Northampton Mercury, 5 Aug 1809.
