Married Mary McMahon (New South Wales, Australia, Convict Applications for the Publication of Banns, 1828-1830, 1838-1839) in 1829. Ebenezer Bowen had a child, George Frederick, in 1846 with Bridget Holt (nee Cusack/Cassack), convict transported on the City Of Edinburgh in 1828.
