John Braham was convicted at CCC, London on 5/7/1847 for receiving wearing apparel under false pretenses. Previous conviction. 7yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) on the ‘Rodney 2’, arriving 20/12/1851.
Aged 22yrs; native place - Whitechapel, London; Jewish; 5’3 1/4”; single man; labourer; can read & write.
