On Wednesday last the seven following convicts were removed from the County Gaol under the care of Mr Cross to be placed on board the Retribution hulk at Sheerness viz John Smith, Abraham Stevenson, Charles Smith, Leeson, George Roberts, Wm Bolton, and Christopher Breedon severally under sentence transportation for the term of their natural lives. Nottingham Journal, 26 Aug 1826.

Christopher Breedon was transported for 'Larceny in a dwelling-house. 21/4/1829: Sydney Gazette: Breedon Christopher, Albion, 22, Brickmaker, Nottingham, 5'3" tall, brown eyes and hair, ruddy fair complexion. from No. 29 Road Gang. 1838: TOL Maitland Bench. 8/11/1839: TOL Passport, Maitland bench. 30/11/1840: TOL Passport, Maitland bench 25/9/1841: TOL Passport, Maitland bench. 1844: Recommended for a CP 2/3/1846: CP 1846: Married Hannah Lennon (most probably Hannah Mountford (Numa 1834) the widow of John Lennon (Hercules 1830) - although have not confirmed the death of John Lennon. 1879: Christopher Breedon died at Patricks Plains, NSW. 1876: Hannah Breedon died at Singleton, Patrick Plains, NSW.
