Crime: Stealing and killing two sheep. Sentence: Transportation 7 years. Petitioner: Convict Convict is a victualler by trade. States he served in the 23 Regiment of Foot and fought in the Peninsular War in which he received severe wounds which haveleft him with only partial sight in one eye. Convict has a wife and six children. Second petition not dated.
