Beaumont worked in Launceston until 1844 then left on The City of Sydney arriving Sydney as a labourer and settler. 23rd Jan 1855 marries Ann Anderson at The Schoolroom Tamworth.Bought a property Dhuroo near Brenda Station Goodooga NSW. His wife died 4th May 1889 and Beaumont died 12th January 1896.Beaumont, his wife and two grandsons are buried on his property which has been absorbed into Brenda Station in the 1990s. A will has never been found.
