William could read, was protestant, single, 5'4½, dark ruddy,complexion, brown hair and eyes, Blue scar on right eyebrow, long diagonal scar extending from between the eyebrow to the left temple, scar on right cheekbone, scar on centre of upper lip, AWWBWB and woman under lower left arm, ring on third, and scar back of little fingers of left hand. 1844: TOL Wellington.
