Burglary (and Perjury) with Thomas Smith (alias Dublin Jack) of a house at Watton near Beverley, Yorkshire, England. Resident in lodgings in Beverley at the time of the offence. Offence committed 31st March 1852. Sentenced York Assizes 1853 and removed to Millbank Prison, London to await transportation.
