John was given permission to marry Elizabeth King also a convict from England in 1845 they had about 8 children Susan 1848 , Eliza 1850 , John 1852 ,George 1854 ,Edwin 1856 , William 1858 ,Richard 1860 ,Elizabeth 1863.John died in Tasmania about 1864 Elizabeth died around 1875.Most of the children were born at Kangaroo Bay which today is known as Leanna Valley.John junior was my Great grand father.
