Catherine was 50 years old on arrival - her son James Byrne arrived per 'Hive' 1835 and her brother Patrick Cavanagh was also on board 'Hive'. Catherine was transported for 'Stealing in a dwelling-house'. She was married with 3 male and 2 female children. By 1846 she was an inmate at the Parramatta Lunatic Establishment. 5/7/1853: Convict Death Register - Catherine died at the Parramatta Lunatic Establishment.
