Michael is identified in various Musters: 1806 - [A0192 page] Michael Byrne, Minerva, Self employed Salt Boiler. Also named in entry [A3827 page 92] Susan Roberts, William Pitt (should be Glatton) living with Michael Burn. 1811 - [0863 page 20] Michael Byrne, Minerva, tried Aug 1797, Kildare, 7 years. 1814 - [4419 page 100] Michel Byrne, Minerva, off Stores, Labourer. He was living with Susan Roberts by 1805 and the couple had twin sons (William and Michael, born in 1807. Michael died before the 1828 Census, as did Susan. However, the two sons, are listed in the Census; William aged 21 [B3657 page 76] with his wife Ann, and two children (Susannah and Michael). His twin Michael is actually listed in the same family group [B3661 page 76], clearly unmarried. Young William’s wife, Ann Byrne was the daughter of the Exiled Irish Rebel Hugh Vesty Byrne (Exile, Tellicherry, 1806) and his wife Sarah Dwyer (Exile, Tellicherry, 1806).
