Ticket of Leave 03/07/1855 Conditional Pardon 10/02/1857.

Thomas Byrne was convicted at Dublin on 10 Dec 1849 for stealing 5 head of cattle. 10 yr sentence. Prison report: well conducted. Transported to Van Diemens Land (Tasmania) on the 'Rodney' arriving 12/02/1853.
