Benjamin Cartwright was transported for stealing a cow. He was 23 years old, could read, Protestant, single, no previous convictions, 5’5.5" tall, ruddy complexion, hazel eyes, and brown or black hair. Remarks: weak eyes.
26/5/1829: Absconded from Hyde Park Barracks.

NSW BDM records a death in 1847, there is no marriage or children for Benjamin that I could find.
