Philip/Phillip was born about 1830. He was a labourer with wife & 2children when convicted as a pickpocket with previous convictions. He was 5’5” brown hair blue eyes long face freckled slim & with cats head right wrist H M E C left arm.
He was granted Ticket of Leave in 1867 & Certificate of Freedom in York in 1870.
