John Cleeve was transported for stealing from the person. He was 20 years old on arrival at VDL. Prior convictions for Highway Robbery, once for stealing clothes 3 months, once for stealing pigeons 2 months.
John was single, brown eyes, reddish brown hair, 5’10" tall, fish anchor and woman inside left arm.
Goal Report: Character Bad
Hulk Report: Orderly.
1832, 33 and 35 Musters: Public Works.
Conduct Record was bad: AWOL, missing musters, drunk, stealing geese, working for himself without a permit and having 11 chisels without permission, resulting in many days on the treadmill and hard labour.
