This convict's name is clearly recorded as CLIST (not "Olist", which is a typo), on the indent of convict ship "Norfolk"; in the English Criminal register for Devon Assizes of March 1836, and in various English newspaper reports of his March 1836 trial, together with those of relatives he was tried with. _________________________________________
