COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT Ellen Connor and Mary Driscoll were indicted for stealing a watch and sundry articles of wearing apparel, from Michael Noonan, at Mallow, on the night of Thursday, the 11h inst. Judith ?uod, accomplice and approver, deposed that the prisoner Ellen Connor, sold the watch to Jeremiah Lynch, the owner of a public house in Cork, for 9s. 9d., 1s. 1d. which was given to the witness. The watch and neckerchief were now produced, and identified by Mr. Noonan, as his property. Both the prisoners were found Guilty, and sentenced to seven years’ transportation.
