John Cook was 21 years old on arrival - native place: London.
John was literate, protestant, single, 5’8¾” tall fair ruddy and freckled complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, eyebrows meeting, scar on the left, D on left side of back, J. C M. C C. C E F on upper right arm, mark of a boil inside lower right arm, two scars on left knee.
