Absconded Cormick, or McCormick Martin, Forth, 30-34, 34, Kilkenny, ploughman, 5 feet 8, ruddy freckled comp. brown hair, hazel eyes, large scar on forepart of right leg, which has been broken, from George M‘Leay, Cowpasture, since Jan. 28. NSW Govt Gazette, 12 Feb 1834.

DOB, 1799, Native place, Kilkenny. Single, Protestant. Ploughman reaper. Died 1835 at Hyde Park Watch house. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Patrick Carroll and Martin Cormack stood indicted for burglary and robbery of fire arms in the house of William Butler, of Butler’s-grove, 24th March. The Jury, without quitting the box, returned verdict of guilty. Sentence of death was recorded against both the prisoners. Dublin Weekly Register, 22 Aug 1829.
