Timothy was illiterate, RC, single, 5'7½" tall, pale and freckled complexion, dark brown hair, brown eyes, long diagonal scar back of right cheek bone, scar over left eyebrow, nose thick, mole inside lower right arm, scar on left knee. 12/10/1847: TOL Moreton Bay Bench. 5/12/1848: Convict Death Register: Timothy was killed by the Blacks, aged 30, District/Parish: Brisbane.
