MONDAY.__Charles Cowley and Charles Spackman were indicted, that they being armed with a bludgeon did assault Richard Andrews and rob him of a watch and many other articles, his property. Charles Spackman arrived per 'Ratcliffe' 1848, VDL. Charles Cowley arrived at Norfolk Island on 8/2/1844 and died just 5 days later on 13/2/1844.
