Ireland, sentenced to Life & arrived in NSW as a convict on 30 10 1802 after a voyage of 5months on ATLAS. It may be he who married Margaret (Donovan her second marriage) on 29 10 1816 at St Davids CofE Hobart, perhaps produced some children & lived on Bruny Island. It may be he who died on 2 4 1839 age79 at Hobart. [These details taken from this Website] Margaret (Donovan) was born about 1770. She produced 1 known child, She was tried w/1other for grand larceny at Cork Co.Ireland, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict with her daughter on 2 7 1811 after a voyage of 7months on PROVIDENCE. She was sent to Tasmania, on HMS LADY NELSON perhaps. She is recorded as off stores in Hobart Town on 2 10 1818 & with John (Creamer) in 1818. She died on 22 1 1850 age80 mother of 1known child alone at her home after her clothes caught fire.
