James was illiterate, protestant, married with 1 child, 5'2ΒΌ" tall, dark sallow complexion, black hair, hazel eyes, perpendicular scar at corner of left eye, blue mark at left side of nose, JHC MC heart darts and anchor on right arm, #### and EC heart darts and anchor on left.
