Dublin Morning Register Dublin, Republic of Ireland:
Catherine Henly, Anne Byrne, and Thomas Cuddy were indicted for stealing three yards of cashmere, the property of George Brennan and Co.

Thomas Cuddy was 25 years old on arrival in NSW. He was single.

31/12/1845: Thomas died at the Sydney Hospital.
