FRIDAY, SECOND DAY. John M'Mahon, Peter Curtin, and James Curtin, were indicted for the abduction of Margaret O’Dea, of Crahara, near Kildysart, on the 2d of October last, with intent to force her into marriage. —Guilty of the abduction. Westmeath Journal 6 March 1834. John M'Mahon and Peter and James Curtin were found guilty of the abduction of Margaret O'Dea, at Crahera, in the parish Kildysart. Sentence of death recorded. Waterford Mail, 8 March 1834.
