Nicholas Cussac was convicted at Cawnpore, East India on 17 April 1838 for insubordination in striking his superior officer. 7yr transportation sentence. Transported to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) on the ‘Guillardon’ arriving 1838.

Single man.

Assignments in Colony and more misconduct.

Ticket of Leave granted.
