2nd of 2 John Daly’s on this voyage.

John was 21 years old, single, native place was Cork.

Transported for “Stealing from Car”.  The 1st John Daly, (same ship and crime) was his first cousin.

29/4/1840: John Daly Snr., absconded from J H Bettington at Merton, from 13th April.

John was 5’5” tall, ruddy, pock-pitted complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, eyebrows meeting, brown natural mark, small dark mole right side of neck, tattoos, mark of a musket ball upper left arm.
