In 1836 when freedom was granted his occupation was "Groom" and on his death certificate (1876) he was listed as a "Coach Maker".

Tried in Surry 2 March 1829 and sentenced to 7 years transportation for robbing a till. Assigned to S. Wright at Newcastle on arrival.
