Transported to Tasmanian after NSW.  In 1866, Fenton was a resident at Barnes Bay, Bruny Ireland, Tasmania.  He married Margaret Allen on 17 February 1852.  They only had one son, Michael Delaney.  Fenton had a wife and multiple sons back in Ireland and some of the sons eventually emigrated to USA after 1876. The first wife was still alive in 1876.
