Dec 1845: Application for permission to marry James REED (transported on the 'Mangles' 1837). Two children: James Cockley REED & Mary Jane Cockly REED were baptised in the Cassilis district. Parents given as James & Alice REED. (? children of her previous marriage to "Croakley")

Alicia Dickson/Alice Dixon was 19 years old on arrival in NSW. Transported for stealing talbe-cloths. Alicia was single, native of Dublin, ruddy complexion, several pockmarks on right arm, dark brown hair, grey eyes, 5'3 1/2" tall. 21/11/1834: Maitland, admitted to Newcastle gaol from Maitland. Returned to Government service and then assigned to John Brown at Patrick Plains 1/1/1835. 20/6/1835: Admitted to Newcastle gaol from Maitland under sentence of 12 months confinement, then to be returned to Gov. services. Re-assigned to Thomas Prentice at Maitland 4th August. 1835. 20/5/1840: Absconded from John Colbert from 5/5/1840. 11/5/1841: Apprehended after absconding from George Bridge. 25/10/1841: COF - Wife of Cornelius Coakley/Croakley, Boyne 1826.
