Mary was five foot two inches, had dark hair and a fair complexion. She was single, could not read or write, had no trade and had never been in court before. Seven women were convicted in Londonderry on the same day, 21 July, aged 17 - 35, all single and all had no trade, all transported on the Duke of Cornwall.
