Daniel wqas 23 years old on arrival in NSW.  His native place was Cork County.  He was single.

Daniel was 5’5 1/2” tall, ruddy, freckled, brown hair, hazel eyes, scar on outer corner left eyebrow, DD, man and woman inside lower right arm, ring on middle finger right hand.

17/2/1848: Absconded from Commissariat Transport Establishment.

26/2/1848: Apprehended.

14/3/1848: Absconded again from the Botanic Gardens, Sydney.

No records of him found in the Indexes to Convict Records, NSW.
