DOB, 1790, Native place, Down, Married, 2 children, wife Margaret Boyle arrived in 1823, Catholic, Weaver linen. Spouse, Margaret Boyle arr 1823.




Felix Boyle, 21, and John Doyle, otherwise Richard Boyle, 31, for uttering, to Richard Faraday, at Liverpool, a forged guinea note, of the Royal Bank of Scotland ; and the said John Doyle for uttering to William Lowcock, at Liverpool, another forged note of the same Bank, knowing the same to be forged.  Lancaster Gazette, 4 March 1826. John Doyle applied to marry Elizabeth Byron in May 1837 but was refused, it might have been because he stated he was married and had 2 children under the name Richard Boyle, when he came as a prisoner in 1826. His wife came out as a convict as Margaret Boyle two years prior with his 2 children Sarah and Henry. Margaret married William Thurgate in 1825 .
