Edwards crime was stated as Feloniously returning from transportation. Prison report good. Admitted to the crime. He stated I received a sentence of 12 months prior to being sent to V.D.Land. I was first sent out in the Mariner and went to Port Phillip. Was tried Newgate in April 1846. I went home in the Maitland 1849. cert Hobart 21\10\1858.
