18-Aug-1845: Indicted for stealing 1 watch, value 16l. 16s., the goods of Balthazard Pouissin, from his person; and had been before convicted of felony. EDWARDS — GUILTY. — Transported for Ten Years.

13-Aug-1851: Ticket of Leave cancelled for being absent from District. Illegally at large.
The undermentioned prisoners of the Crown being absent from their Districts, are illegally at large :-
William Edwards, Bangalore, 31, Newington, waterman, 5 feet 5 3/4 inches, dark ruddy comp., and slightly pockpitted, light brown hair, light hazel eyes, lost a front tooth left side of upper jaw, scar on left cheek bone, hairy mole betwixt breasts, two birds, BEVEN, bird, MM, mermaid, comb, and glass on upper cross, J Beven 1843, inside heart, lower part of same, cross, upper, cross, branch, C Beven on upper, hairy mole, BE J.S, cross, and several dots lower left arm, hand, blue ring each finger left hand ; from ticket of leave, Moreton Bay, since June, 1851.
