Frederick ELLIS was convicted at Middlesex, London on 7 Feb 1831 for housebreaking. Previous offence for receiving stolen property. Life sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Lord Lyndoch' 1831. Single man; aged 23yrs; 5'9 1/4". Assignments in the Colony. 7 April 1842: Ticket of Leave granted. 1845: Conditional Pardon approved.
