Cooper aged 26 from Jamaica. 6’, black complexion, black woolly hair mixed with grey, black eyes, nose braod and flat, lips thick, scar centre of forehead, another of left eyebrow. Man of colour . Absconded from Jeremiah Ives 11 June.
