Single; labourer; 20 yrs; Roman Catholic. Native Place: Co. Kerry. Assignments in Colony. Ticket of Leave 2/1/1855 Conditional Pardon 18/12/1855 Further charge in Colony 7/2/1857 Hobart. Guilty, to be hanged. Free Pardon granted 24/2/1857.
