James Farrell was charged with stealing three sheep, the property of John Fitzgerald, on the 10th May last.— The prisoner offered the sheep for sale the day after they were stolen, at the market of Mitchelstown, and could not satisfactorily account for having them his possession. Guilty. Southern Reporter, 9 Aug 1828.
