The NSW Convict Indentures the he was 21 years old, single, could read and was single. He was a native of County Meath. He was tried in Dublin City on 24 January 1840. He served a previous sentence of 6 months. He was 5 ft and 3 1/2 inches with Brown hair and light brown. He received his Ticket of Leave in 1844 on recommendation of Queanbeyan, NSW, Bench. He received his Certificate of Freedom on 18 December 1847. Number 47/818.
