FINLAND, Thomas. Per “Boyd”, 1809

1817 Jul 5 - On list of prisoners to be sent to Newcastle per “Lady Nelson” (Reel 6005; 4/3496 p.227).

1828 NSW Census at Field of Mars, lists Thomas Finlan and his family.
Thomas Finlan, age 49, (Boyd, 1809, Life) lsbourer, catholic.
Mary Finlan, 49 , free by servitude,(Atlas 1802, 7 yrs) wife of above, catholic.
Ellen Duggan, born in colony, age 16, daughter of Mary Finlan.
Nora Duggan, age 12, b.c. dughter of Mary Finlan.
William Duggan, 17, b.c. son of Mary Finlan.

Also in household is a convict servant, 18 year old Edward Giles, newly arrived ( Hooghley 1828, 7 years)
