Caroline Fitzmaurice was convicted at CCC, London on 28 Oct 1830 for stealing from a dwelling house. No previous conviction. Life Sentence. Caroline was to be transported to Australia on the ‘Earl of Liverpool’ but transferred to the ship ‘America’ to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) arriving on 9 May 1831.
