There were 2 John Fitzpatrick’s on this voyage, both were tried at Cavan and both transported for 7 years.

This John Fitzpatrick was 27 years old, he was a Whiteboy Rebel and was married with 1 female child.
His occupation was a “Horse breaker”.

1 COF on 29/7/1838 but I can’t tell which one it was for.
