Peter Fitzpatrick was born C1795 and his native place was Dublin County. His occupation was a ‘Carter/Labourer. 1822: TOL 25/8/1825: COF 28/12/1830: COF Renewed. 1834: Married Ann Hay (Buffalo 1833) at St Mary's Chapel, Hyde Park, Sydney, they had 2 sons, John 1835, and Peter in 1841. 1841 Census: At Burrangarang, Cook County, District of Hartley. 13/1/1849 Sydney Morning Herald: CAUTION.-The public are cautioned against giving trust or credit to my wife, ANN FITZPATRICK, (formerly Ann Hay), on my account, as she is living apart from me, and therefore I will not be accountable for any debts she may contract.
