Comment in Indentures state that Robert Fitzpatrick died in Hospital, Liverpool dated 30 July 1836. Convict Death Register states that he was buried on 30 July 1836 (incorrect date), aged 25 years old and resident in Liverpool District. St. Luke’s, Liverpool County of Cumberland Parish Burial Register states that Robert Fitzpatrick was buried on 1 August 1836. He was a resident of Liverpool Hospital, aged 25 and a prisoner of the crown. The burial service was conducted by the Rev. Robert Cartwright, Church of England minister.
