Convicted with his Brother in law Richard Hennessy (my 6 x GG Father) - Horse theft, Michael "Clicking a Loaded Pistol" at police. They arrived Port Jackson aboard "Mangle" 2, 1822. Michael's wife Catherine Fogarty (nee Martin) was left back in Ireland. She arrived arrived 1826 in Port Jackson with their children aboard "Thames". They reunited with Michael and became Maitland residents. He died 9th August in West Maitland NSW. Known Children: John Thomas, Judith Julia, James, Patrick Fogarty (born West Maitland).
