The Convict Indentures state that Patrick Fogerty was 20 years old.  He could read and write; religion Catholic; status single and a native of Tipperary.  He was a labourer.  He was convicted of House breaking on 5 April 1828 at Tipperary and sentenced to life.  He had no prior convictions.  Physical attributes - height 5 feet 2 1/2 inches; complexion ruddy and freckled; hair brown grey and eyes blue.  Transport number 32.
Assigned to Woolloomooloo Road Party.
Received ticket of leave in 1840 (number 40/1097).  Received Conditional Pardon on 30 July 1847 (number 47/581).
