The convict indentures state that Patrick Foley was 14 years old.  He could neither read nor write; religion Roman Catholic; status single and a native of Dublin.  His occupation was an errand boy.  Patrick was convicted of robbing till at Dublin on 3 March 1836 and sentenced to 7 years.  He had no prior convictions.  Physical attributes: Height 4 feet 7 3/4 inches; complexion pale and freckled; hair brown and eyes hazel.  Transport number 60.  Prisoner number 36-1865.
Received ticket of leave in 1840 (number 40/2000).
Received Certificate of Freedom in 1843 (number 43/1794).
